1. Eligibility for Returns

Due to the perishable and consumable nature of our products, returns are accepted only under limited circumstances.

A return or replacement request will be considered only if:

  • The product delivered is damaged, leaking, or physically broken
  • The incorrect product or variant has been delivered
  • The product is expired at the time of delivery

Returns will not be accepted in cases of:

  • Change of mind or taste preference
  • Opened or partially consumed products
  • Incorrect orders placed by the customer

2. Return Request Timeline

To qualify for a return or replacement:

  • The request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
  • Clear images or videos of the product, outer packaging, and invoice must be shared for verification

Requests submitted after this window may be declined.


3. Replacement Policy

If a return request is approved:

  • A replacement product will be dispatched at no additional cost
  • Dispatch timelines depend on product availability and delivery location

Replacements are not provided for products that have been opened or consumed.


4. Refund Policy

Refunds are issued only when:

  • A replacement is not feasible due to stock unavailability, or
  • The issue is validated and a refund is deemed appropriate after verification

Once approved:

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method
  • Processing time is typically 5–7 business days
  • Actual credit time may vary based on the bank or payment provider

5. Mode of Refund

Refunds will be processed through the original payment mode used at checkout, including:

  • UPI
  • Debit/Credit Cards
  • Net Banking

All refunds are processed via Razorpay or other authorized payment gateways.
Cash refunds are not available.


6. Cancellation Policy

Order cancellations are permitted only before dispatch.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Customers are advised to contact us immediately after placing an order if cancellation is required.


7. Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries
