  • Delivery availability is subject to courier serviceability in your area

3. Delivery Timelines

  • Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days from the date of dispatch
  • Delivery timelines may vary based on location, courier partner, and unforeseen circumstances

Delays caused by factors beyond our control such as weather conditions, natural calamities, strikes, or logistical disruptions are not the responsibility of Navit (Nature Wellness).


4. Shipping Charges

  • If delivery fails due to customer unavailability or incorrect address, the order may be returned to origin (RTO)

In case of RTO:

  • Re-shipping may be chargeable
  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed after deducting shipping and handling costs

8. Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives in a damaged condition:

  • Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery
  • Share clear images or videos of the package and product
  • Do not dispose of the packaging until verification is complete

Damaged shipment claims are subject to internal verification.


9. Partial Shipments

In rare cases, orders may be shipped in multiple packages due to product availability.
Customers will be notified in such situations.


10. Force Majeure

Navit (Nature Wellness) shall not be liable for delays or failures in delivery caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, or transportation disruptions.
